Monthly payment plans can be set up with a modest handling fee but do not relate to the number of classes in any given month. The first monthly fee is due at enrollment and subsequent payments are due at the first of each month. Payments are late after the 10th of each month and a $10.00 fee will be charged. We do not send bills unless payment is overdue. The opportunity to arrange a payment plan with the Arts Center indicates your commitment to pay for the entire semester. Notice must be given immediately in order to drop a class or you will be required to pay for the class.
All payments are due before the end of the session (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). Past due accounts will be submitted to a collection agency 30 days after the end of a session. Visa and Mastercard accepted with at minimum $20 payment. Please make checks payable to the Lawrence Arts Center . A $10 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
A $10 processing fee per class will be charged for all withdrawals. Full refunds/credits will be given ONLY if the class is cancelled or rescheduled by the Lawrence Arts Center . No refunds or credits will be given unless requested at least one week prior to start of class.
