Ben Ahlvers

Ben is the Education Coordinator at the Lawrence Arts Center. He holds a BFA in Ceramics from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a MFA in Ceramics from Ohio University.

Linda Baranski

Linda Baranski is a Mosaic Artist, Printmaker and Abstract Expressionist painter living in Northeast Kansas.

Nancy Bjorge

Nancy Bjorge was was raised in Hong Kong, and grew up with Chinese tradition of paper folding. Most of her work are colorful and are made of paper folding pieces with the exception of her jewelry pieces.

Grace Carmody

Grace has been a designer and silversmith since 1976. Her work has been exhibited in over 100 exhibitions and at many galleries.

Louis Copt

Louis began his career as a full time artist in 1984, and since then he has been painting the Kansas landscape, and most recently, figurative painting.

Ann Dean

Ann was Born in St Louis, MO in 1970, and has been interested in photography since the age of 15. She now lives in Lawrence and is focused on travel photography.

Tim Forcade

Tim has worked over 40 years as an artist, painter, photographer and designer with much of that time devoted to the study and application of art and technology.

Jan Gaumnitz

Jan works in a variety of mediums (painting, sculpture, monoprint and photography) and styles (fairly realistic to abstract). Her work reflects a strong relationship to the land around her.

Lisa Grossman

Lisa lives in Lawrence, Kansas, where she is painting and printmaking full-time, focusing her attention on the Flint Hills, the Kansas River, and open spaces surrounding Lawrence.

Johanna Hanks

Johanna Hanks is a painter from Topeka, Kansas.

Lora Jost is an artist, illustrator, muralist, community arts organizer, and educator working in Lawrence, Kansas.

Scott is a Lawrence photographer with a focus on landscape and macro photography.

James Nedresky is a freelance photographer, concentrating on outdoor, stock and landscape photography.

Jen Oldridge

Jennifer received Merit Scholarships from Chicago Art Institute, Minneapolis Art Institute, Parsons School of Design, Columbus School of Design and placed third in the Pratt National Talent Search.

Elizabeth Rowley

Elizabeth Rowley paints plien-air paintings in the Kansas Landscape. They are thickly applied with a palette knife. She obtained her BFA in painting and drawing from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.

Rachael Sudlow

Rachael Sudlow was born and raised in Lawrence Kansas. She has been heavily influenced by her painter grandfather, Robert Sudlow, gaining inspiration from the land and animals that inhabit the prairie.

Pam Sullivan

Pam Sullivan is an artist and a teacher with a background in weaving. She has been working in fiber and mixed media techniques for more than thirty years.

Elinor Tourtellot

Elinor was born in Kansas City, Missouri and grew up in Kansas and Massachusetts. She is a full-time artist who focuses on creating images that express her experiences in nature. Her work is seen regularly in regional shows.

Jane Voorhees

Jane Voorhees, Kansas City artist, holds a BFA from the University of Kansas and a MA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is both a painter and a printmaker.

Karen Wiley

Karen is an "experimental" artist always looking for new ways to combine materials, including painting, collage, and mixed-media.

Jewell Willhite

Jewell grew up in Iowa and graduated from Iowa State College (now Iowa State University) with a bachelor's degree in Applied Art. She prefers to paint outdoors and does so whenever possible.
